Approach

Our project management approach is “hands-on” and practical. We utilize key contacts within the organization to develop programs that are meaningful to the audiences we serve. The feedback we receive allows us to adapt our programs to meet the changing needs of the organization's environment. This proactive approach emphasizes quality by promoting continuous improvement during the design, development and delivery phases of a project.

We have also learned the importance of being good listeners. One of the most vital points of our programs is the need to provide participants with a forum to ask questions and get answers.

Patty Castelli, Ph.D.

For nearly two decades, Patty has motivated, mobilized and directed diverse groups of people toward excellence. Her business specialty is management consulting for leadership training and development. In addition to instructional systems design expertise, she is a master facilitator whose personable, charismatic style promotes key learnings in creative and engaging ways.

Dr. Castelli is an associate professor and the outcomes assessment coordinator for the College of Management at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Dr. Castelli works closely with the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) where she presents annually on outcomes assessment and served as Chair for the Board of Commissioners. Dr. Castelli is also a management consultant who owns and operates PAC Productions (www.pacproductions.com), which provides customized services for all aspects of corporate leadership training and development. Her clients include General Motors Corporation, The American Medical Association, IBM, Sara Lee Corporation, Whirlpool International, Amway Corporation, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Dr. Castelli received her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology, a Division of Administrative and Organizational Studies, from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan.
